Sperlonga
Sperlonga is a coastal village in the province of Latina, built on Colle San Magno. Pale houses, lanes and views over the Tyrrhenian Sea connect the old town with the beaches and the archaeological landscape of Tiberius’ Villa.
Sperlonga stands on a promontory above the Tyrrhenian Sea. Its historic core retains a Mediterranean pattern of pale houses, lanes, arches and steps opening onto views of the sea and the small harbour.
The shoreline extends below the village; farther south, Tiberius’ Villa and the sea grotto connect the coastal landscape with its archaeological heritage. This profile describes the territory and does not certify sea conditions, access or seasonal services.
