Where we use artificial intelligence
- Livia assistant: answers questions about the region. The chat is available on the Assistant page.
- Venue concierge: in partner Welcomebooks it answers about services, opening hours and menus. It is labelled as a virtual assistant.
- Guides and listings: travel copy written with AI assistance, based on real sources.
- Translations: the English, French, Spanish, German and Russian versions are machine-generated.
- Event listings: original descriptions of verified events, with a link to the official source.
How we disclose it
- Every chat clearly states that you are talking to an artificial intelligence, not to a person.
- Content written with AI assistance carries a note on the page.
- We always show the source of events so you can verify them.
What we do NOT do
- No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on people (Art. 22 GDPR).
- No biometric recognition, emotion analysis or categorisation of individuals.
- No AI-based advertising profiling of visitors.
- We do not generate images or videos depicting real people.
Limits and human oversight
AI systems can produce inaccurate or outdated information. Opening hours, dates, prices, availability and allergens must always be verified with the venue or the official source.
Published content remains under the editorial responsibility of the owner, who can correct or remove it at any time.
